14. Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothies, page 26

A wonderful change for this regular smoothie maker. My usual contain multiple berry or citrus fruits in addition to a banana. This simple treat has one cup each of fat free milk, fat free vanilla yogurt and ice plus a banana and 1.5 Tbsp of peanut butter. The end. A run through the blender and voila. Yummy, cold, refreshing and different. Highly recommended. (I made my own vanilla yogurt by adding a tsp of vanilla and a few dashes of stevia to plain fat free yogurt. No doubt saved on points since fat free vanilla yogurt has sugar.)
