18. Warm Gingerbread Cake with Lemon Sauce

Page 194, 3 points for 1/16 of a 9x9 pan, 2 stars/5
Kind of gummy and heavy. Might add another egg white if I ever make it again, which I don't plan on. Why? It's not very sweet, which may be appropriate for ginger bread, but nevertheless, does not hit the spot. Mainly my thumbs down is because a brownie made from Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix also costs 3 points and is indisputably delicious, easier to make and satisfies my chocolate jones.
