17. Roast Pork with Gingersnap Gravy

Page 125, 5 points/2 slices port + .25 cup gravy, 4 stars/5
Unremarkable though tasty enough, hardy, could serve to company. Props for the real brown sugar and butter in the gravy. The gingersnap component in the gravy is certainly innovative, however, what are we supposed to do with the rest of the gingersnaps when the recipe only calls for four? Extra cookies is generally not a good thing for a sweets addict to have in the pantry.
